Follow assignment instructions, grade-level expectations, teacher directions, school acceptable-use rules, and local safeguarding procedures. Every enabled account feature must support the assigned learning purpose. A school may apply stricter requirements than these platform terms.
Submit work you created or are authorized to use. Credit references, collaborators, source images, remixed material, and artificial-intelligence assistance when required. Do not present another person’s work as your own or use tools in a way that defeats the learning objective.
Keep assignments, artwork, photographs, captions, learning responses, account names, submitted media, and links age-appropriate, school-appropriate, and suitable for the assigned class. Content or conduct that is harmful, deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with school safeguarding requirements is not permitted.
Critique the work, not the person. Feedback should be specific, constructive, inclusive, age-appropriate, and connected to learning goals. Do not target, pressure, impersonate, exclude, or repeatedly contact another learner against teacher or school directions.
Do not publish passwords, home addresses, personal phone numbers, private email addresses, precise locations, government identifiers, health information, school schedules, or other sensitive details. Follow school instructions for names, faces, voices, uniforms, locations, and identifying details in submitted learning work.
Authorized educators, moderators, and administrators may review classroom activity, submitted learning work, reports, and account records when needed for instruction, assessment, safety, support, legal obligations, or policy enforcement.
Use reporting tools and tell a teacher, parent, or guardian when content, contact, or behavior causes concern. Urgent safety matters should follow the school’s established response process or the appropriate local service; this platform is not an emergency-response service.
Submit only approved educational file types and materials that are safe to open. Do not add hidden executable content, unauthorized tracking, deceptive account pages, or files intended to interfere with review or platform operation.
Do not interfere with platform security, moderation, access controls, availability, performance, or another person’s account. Technical concerns should be reported through the published contact channel.
Creators retain rights they hold in their original work. By submitting content, users authorize the service and responsible school to store, display, reproduce, moderate, and back up that content only as needed to provide the educational service and authorized classroom activities.
Users should support inclusive participation and, when practical, provide useful titles, descriptions, captions, readable contrast, and accessible alternatives for learning materials. Schools should provide accommodations required for their learners.
Hosting, email, security, storage, backup, moderation, or school-approved integration providers may support the service. Optional plugins and external services should be enabled only after the operator and school review their privacy, security, accessibility, and educational need.
The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or unavailable. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted operation. Material policy changes affecting student information should be communicated through the responsible school, parent, or guardian when required.
Content may be removed and features or accounts may be restricted, suspended, or closed for unsafe use, repeated policy violations, legal requirements, or school instructions. Significant concerns may be referred to the responsible school, guardian, service provider, or lawful authority.
