Give kind, specific, constructive feedback about the work and the learning process.

Treat every learner with respect and follow teacher directions for communication.

Do not pressure another learner to provide personal information, images, secrets, or outside contact details.

Submit only educational material that is safe, lawful, and suitable for the assigned class.

Do not use student areas for unapproved promotion, fundraising, or unrelated commercial activity.

Do not interfere with security, moderation, access controls, platform performance, or another person’s account.

Use only approved file types, devices, browsers, integrations, and classroom resources.

Sign out on shared devices and report unexpected account access promptly.

Tell a teacher, guardian, moderator, or administrator when content or contact causes concern.

Follow the school’s established response process for urgent safety matters.

Authorized school staff may review activity and records for instruction, safety, support, and policy enforcement.

Student content may be removed and accounts may be restricted when necessary to protect learners or the learning environment.

Respect accessibility needs and avoid content designed to exclude, confuse, flash excessively, or prevent assistive technology use.

Do not publish another learner’s work, image, voice, or personal information without authorization.

Keep every account feature connected to the assigned learning topic, student support, or classroom purpose.

Use school account features only for approved educational activity and school administration.

Repeated or significant violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, account closure, or referral to the responsible school or guardian.
